Experience
I spent two years teaching undergraduate literature and composition classes (for which I designed my own syllabus) at the University of Virginia while completing my MA as part of a scholarship program. This included lots of time spent working with individual students on a variety of areas, from introductory close reading and literary analysis to research and forming a thesis to argumentation and revision. I love hearing students' ideas and helping them reach their potential.
