I have helped my younger sister and a few of her friends through elementary and middle school level math. I have helped my younger brother and a few of his friends through high school level math. I had an SAT score of 770 on my math section, so I am well versed in how to succeed on the SAT. I want to be a tutor because I love working with kids and am looking into possibly becoming a math teacher down the road. Originally I was planning on becoming an actuary, but have been told by countless people that teaching is what I was made for. I love the satisfaction of helping someone understand material they previously could not understand.

Hobbies
My main hobby is playing soccer. I play club soccer for the University of Pittsburgh and have been playing soccer since I was 5. Playing soccer has taught me how to interact with people and has taught me teamwork. I also helped coach my younger sister's soccer team. This coaching experience has taught me how to help kids in a fun way, as to make things enjoyable for the kids. I know this coaching experience will translate into being a not only a good tutor, but a fun tutor you or your child will enjoy.
