I can tutor any history course including American/European history, U.S. history, and others such as AP Comparative Government and Politics, IB Global Politics, and preparation for related subjects on the LSAT and SAT. Also, I can teach English, reading, writing, and social studies. I have a bachelor's degree in the subject of history from West Virginia University, and am now a graduate teaching assistant. I teach American History and Ancient Western Civilization. My experiences and academics match my students' courses and curricula, making me an effective tutor.Currently, I am in my second year as a law student. I attend Duquesne University. My scores on the LSAT and SAT were very high and these exams are still fresh in my mind. I am familiar with the changes recently made and can work with my tutees, provide accurate details, and help them do well too. Teaching is definitely my true passion. I can build relationships with students, figuring out what they need most and adapting my own style to help them succeed as much as possible.My hometown is now Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. When not working, I enjoy many interests such as baseball, professional wrestling, historical fiction and, of course, basset hounds.
