I grew up near Greensburg PA, went to Hempfield HS, then headed south to VA for college and back to western PA for my MBA. After spending 20 years in the DC/NoVA area, I moved back to western PA in Sept 2013 to start my consulting business and have enjoyed rediscovering my hometown of Pittsburgh. I love American history, outdoor movie festivals/screenings, hiking but not camping out, tailgating, checking out art and history museum exhibits, playing w/ my dogs, playing golf, rooting for my Pittsburgh sports teams, going to live baseball games, vacations at the Outer Banks and up on the mountain at Wintergreen, watching March Madness, touring VA wineries, seeing live music, grilling and trying a new recipe. I’m really good at thinking creatively and being direct: saying what I mean and meaning what I say. I’m passionate about: Winfield and Makena (my dogs), exercise, golf, University of Pittsburgh football and basketball, history, friendships, family, exhibiting intellectual curiosity, professional success, good eats and drinks and grilling. Some favorite stuff: HD tv, A River Runs Through It, Caddyshack, The Searchers, anything by David McCollough, SiriusXM radio (First Wave and the Spectrum), John Mayer, U2, The Church, Frank Sinatra, Vince Guaraldi, the History Channel, IPAs, a Maker's Mark Manhatten up, a nice filet or NY strip with a 90 point glass of cabernet or pinot noir.
