Experience
I've been teaching and tutoring for over two decades now. I want to help students who may be struggling with elementary math, middle school math, algebra, pre-calculus, trigonometry, arithmetic, or another math subject. I received my master's in Mathematics from the University of Miami. I continued with my education at West Virginia University, where I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics Education. I understand that every student learns differently, and as a tutor I tailor my teaching approach to the unique needs of the student. I look forward to helping students as they overcome their struggles with math and achieve academic success. When I'm not teaching or tutoring I'm typically outside working in my garden.
