I graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a teaching degree and am certified for teaching PreK through fifth grade.I have experience teaching and tutoring in all subjects. I also have experience with a number of different educational techniques. Writing and reading are my favorite subjects to teach. Reading can be a very powerful and enjoyable experience for a child. As a tutor, I am committed to having a positive impact on my students' academic careers.I tutor students in elementary math, middle school math, algebra, pre-algebra, anatomy, biology, ELS/ELL, reading, phonics, nutrition, public speaking, life sciences, ISEE, writing, English, essay editing, and grammar and mechanics.In my free time, I like to play with my puppy, read, exercise, and play tennis. I am also preparing to start work on a master's degree in social work.
