Experience
Greetings! I have over twenty years of experience as a paramedic, educator, and organizational leader. Much of this has been in very challenging and non-traditional roles to include semi-autonomous, remote work in the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa, and Central America. I have also logged several thousand hours as a critical care flight paramedic for both domestic and international programs. I am currently working as a full time community paramedic as part of a funded research pilot program. I can help you get a handle on getting started in this field, preparing for certification and licensure, or developing advanced skill sets in order to pursue opportunities outside of traditional EMS. As the training officer for a federal agency, I tutored many experienced medics and helped them successfully pass the very challenging FP-C and TP-C exams, as well as prepare for and pass various introductory level critical care courses such as the CCEMTP and CCP. I am also available for organizational consulting and specialize in helping entities develop internal medical support systems that are both cost-effective and protect your most important resources when 911 isn't available. Law enforcement agencies, please contact me to discuss details. Act 33/34 and 73 clearances current

I play the games I teach. I am heavily involved with a veteran based disaster response organization, spend a lot of time outdoors engaged in a wide range of pursuits, and can often be found with my head in a book or enjoying the amazing range of food this city has to offer.
