I like to tutor in math. Many students believe they cannot do well in this subject. I teach arithmetic, algebra 1, 2, and 3/4, pre-calculus, calculus 1, and 2, geometry, and trigonometry. I also teach physics, critical reading, chemistry and other SAT subjects. I strive to help students feel at ease with the course materials in addition to ensuring they pass the class. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. My degree was in mathematics, and I had a minor in physics. During my time off work, I like to go to the local fencing club. I am a fencing teacher and practitioner.
