I want to be a tutor because I want to help other people. I'm excited at the prospect of helping a kid develop a stronger and more positive attitude toward a subject that previously challenged them. I'd particularly like to tutor in Hebrew: though Hebrew school was a long time ago, reading prayers was something that came naturally to me, and it would be a privilege to help a student in the "post-aleph bet vet" curriculum. I can also be of help to students K-6th who are struggling with reading, writing, and math!
