Teaching is a way of life for me. I love to see others grow through discussion and practice. It's it very gratifying to help students make progress towards their goals. I went to the College of William and Mary to earn my bachelor's degree in government. I then continued on at the College of William and Mary to earn my juris doctor. I then went on to the University of Pittsburgh to earn my doctoral degree in English. I also teach composition and literature at the University of Pittsburgh. I have over 10 years of experience as a teacher and tutor, and I can draw on that experience as well as my professional experience in law to help students learn successfully. I'm very kind and compassionate, but I also want students to reach and exceed their goals. I'm looking forward to helping students with writing, literature, English, GRE prep, public speaking, DAT prep, expository writing, LSAT prep, PSAT prep, SAT prep, essay writing and editing, study skills and organization, English, and more. In my spare time, I like to read, write, and play with my dogs.
