Experience

I transferred to the University of Pittsburgh from the Community College of Allegheny County to earn a bachelor's degree in statistics. I love to learn, and I'm working as a computer programmer today, a skill I taught myself. I enjoy sharing my love of learning with students to help them find success in the subjects I tutor. My first tutoring experience was helping three failing honors chemistry students turn their grades around by helping them understand the material. That experience was so gratifying that I have continued to tutor ever since. I love to help students who want to learn find success. I am looking forward to helping new students in subjects like algebra, calculus, business, applied math, statistics, chemistry, economics, computer science, physics, pre-calculus, and more. In my free time, I enjoy programming for fun, woodworking, riding my bike, and gardening.
