I have a wide academic background, and I know the subjects I tutor well. I believe that tutoring is about presenting information in ways that students can understand it, but also about being engaging and entertaining to keep students learning. I like to relate concepts to things the students understand, and connect ideas together to show students the big picture. I provide background information to help students comprehend how we can understand the things we know today, and I explain why ideas are important and how they are used in the real world. I can tutor chemistry, discrete math, physics, mechanical engineering, physical science, writing, statistics, JavaScript, Python, English, essays, grammar, chemical engineering, biostatistics, and other related subjects. In my free time, I like to cook, ride my bike, garden, and read.
