I am passionate and excited to teach and tutor students not only for their respective exams, but generalized study skills so they can excel at the next level. I stress understanding of concepts over memorization, so that students will gain the ability to reason through difficult problems, separating themselves as exceptional candidates. I scored >99%ile on the MCAT as a pre-medical student and previously taught the MCAT for Kaplan as a private tutor and classroom instructor. I have also tutored high school students in all levels of math/science, SAT, SAT II subject tests and various AP subjects. I enjoy private tutoring because it offers the chance to individualize learning plans so each student can achieve maximum results.
