Hi there! My name’s Cameron. In the past, I have tutored both adult and young learners in ESL. These students came from various language backgrounds, including Spanish, Italian, Chinese, and Japanese. In the Linguistics program, I have taken several courses in teaching ESL, Chinese linguistics, Italian linguistics, literature analysis, and more. I've had great success in tutoring before and really enjoy sharing the knowledge and education I've gained with others. Previously, I have worked as an online ESL teacher for students in China. I also have created Italian corpora that were used to assist incoming State Department employees learn Italian. Even before college, I’ve had a long history of helping fellow classmates improve their writing, language skills, and test taking skills. I am fluent in Italian and proficient in Mandarin. I would gladly help students looking for ESL tutors. I’m based in Oakland and am very flexible regarding time and location. Let me know what works for you!
